experienced experts and engineers, using the latest equipment, can
make searches, or sweeps, of your sensitive areas to ensure no
one is looking at or listening to, what they should not be.
The Equipment and Process
Prescient utilizes an OSCOR OSC-5000 Omni Spectral Correlator to
conduct radio frequency searches for bugs between 10 Khz and 3 Ghz
bands. All radio frequency
signals detected are examined to ensure that any AM, FM, SSB, digital,
video, infrared, or sub-carrier signals were valid commercial or
private signals. All signals detected are analyzed to verify that
none originate from within the premises.
Prescient utilizes an REI OSCOR Non-Linear Junction Detector to ensure
that no electronic components, such as diodes or transistors, are
installed or present in the premises.
We also conduct a Near Field Frequency Scan to using an Optoelectronics
Digital Near Field Frequency Counter. This detects all near field
digital and analog transmissions that have a minimum pulse width of
500uS broadcasting between 60MHz and 2.6GHz frequencies.
An inspection of all telephones, fax machines, clocks, calculators,
smoke detectors, AC power circuits and cellular repeaters is
performed. Simultaneously, Prescient does a physical inspection
of the areas in question for covertly installed, hard-wired CCTV
cameras, and other devices.
