RODNEY J. JOHNSON, CEO, PRESCIENT CONSULTING

Mr.
Johnson is the former Vice-President of Worldwide Sales and Business
Development at an embedded real-time software provider. Prior to that,
he was the founder and GM of the Korean subsidiary of a leading
US-based Linux OS and applications company. He subsequently turned
that subsidiary into a joint venture with Samsung SDS of Korea and the US-side and stayed on as COO.
Mr. Johnson is also a former technology analyst, reporting on Asian
technology issues, and served as an intelligence analyst in the US
Army. Mr. Johnson speaks English, Korean, and Chinese (Mandarin),
and has an MBA from the University of New Mexico's Anderson School of
Business. He is a member of the Society of Competitive Intelligence
Profesionals (SCIP) and the American Society for Industrial Security
(ASIS).

CHUNG JAE KYU, MANAGING DIRECTOR, PRESCIENT CONSULTING, INC., KOREA

Mr. Chung is the former Operations Manager in charge of all operations
for a global security & investigations firm in Seoul. During
his tenure there he led operations teams in handling and solving
virtually every type of security issue facing multinationals in Korea.
Mr. Chung is also the former president and founder of Intellectual
Property Solutions Korea, an IPR focused consultancy which handled IP
rights issues for global clients from industries as diverse as fashion,
pharmaceuticals, and media. Mr. Chung merged IPS Korea with a
complimentary IPR/security firm focused on the Korean domestic market
and stayed on to run the combined operations until joining
Prescient. He is currently the Director of the Korean Intellectual Property Protection Association. Mr. Chung
brings to Prescient a knowledge of the Korean IP/security environment
second to none. Mr. Chung speaks Korean, English, and Russian.

PRAVEEN NAIR, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, PRESCIENT CONSULTING (INDIA) PVT. LTD.

Mr. Praveen Nair is a former Government of India official who during
his tenure had worked in various capacities for different government
departments handling sensitive matters including security and logistics.
He is the former Director of Sea Cross Overseas Limited, a leading
India-based concern involved in the global trade of various products
including pharmaceuticals, metals, chemicals and commodities. He has
acquired a wealth of experience in Indian Intellectual Property Rights
while interacting with various industries in India. Mr. Nair
manages Prescient's operations in India, with a focus on keeping abreast of the rapidly changing IPR and patent law environment.
